Apart from Furlong, I cant think of another Dev player who has come through the ranks to be even close to first team standard (Defenders) in recent years.
Thats ideally what you want and the likes of Ziyad Larkeche and Esquerdinha dont look like they are going to make it.
Its a shame Larkeche's loan move came to such an abrupt end, it would have done him good and he would probably have been ok as a backup.

Massively obvious that we need a couple of big, dominant midfielders and possibly another left back if those two go. Again, I dont see many leaders on this team (sh7t houses) who can mix it up when the going gets tough.
