It's been nearly 3 hours since the claim that they know better than Julien Stephan and yet we're still without a lineup. If only Gazza was in charge, we would be top of the league with those extra 3 points.
I just don't believe he's as good as people make out, people had high expectations after the start of last season, he has glimpses of being a good striker, I just don't believe they happen enough.
He has 10 goals in nearly 3500 minutes.
He is slightly better than Dykes in terms of goals per minute. Michi Frey had better goals per minute. He's obviously better than Armstrong and Celar for goals per minute.
He's still quite young though, we are a better team now, I'm hopeful he will progress with a better service.
I don't mind the ads on here, I use an ad-blocker which blocks every other website but on LFW I let the ads through because the ads help fund this site. I'd be lost if I couldn't visit this site 100 times a day. The only issue I have is that for some reason LFW really slows my computer down when ads are showing.
I definitely feel there's some kind of nepo link with this. I know I certainly wouldn't be able to call the club and ask for my song to be played.
The song isn't too bad, it has a 00s indie vibe, probably trying to go for something similar to the Coventry 'We Live and Die' song. It would be fine to feature on a video but it doesn't feel anthem worthy and not something played in a stadium, not just yet anyway. Maybe like Northernr said, it needs to be more organic.
I was happy with the starting 11, I was just a little surprised with the substitutions and the timing of them.
I was expecting attacking players to be swapped around, I thought Kone, Chair and Smyth would come on for Saito, Vale and Lloyd. I thought we were settled at the back and could go on to score a couple more. I wasn't expecting 4 defensive players to be substituted and I thought the changes would have come 10 minutes earlier.
I tried to do a data scrape yesterday but I couldn't work it out, I ended up going through the pages manually but I gave up after page 7. The only rumour in that time I saw was Boy Kemper from WLS which turned out to be correct. If you still have the data it would be good see where the accurate rumours came from and where they didn't.
Damn, I didn't realise that. The only money we have spent is on our backup keeper, and we're one of the only non-relegated clubs that is in the green for transfer spend this summer.

When the cross came in the ball landed exactly where you expect your right back to be. Our right back was unfortunately missing. I don't believe in this instance that Edwards didn't track his player, Cantwell ran behind him. Mbengue not only had full sight of Cantwell but was also not in the position he should have been in.
Anyway, they didn't score so not worth picking it too much apart. He's now our 2nd choice right back and I am happy with that. He's a good squad player.
Agreed. I like him but from what I saw of the extended highlights his defending was really bad. The attempt from Cantwell around the 50 second mark, Cantwell crossed the path of Mbengue, a player with intelligent awareness would have picked him up but Mbengue just left him. Then around the 1:40 mark, not only was he not marking Cantwell but he was so flat footed in his own box that he couldn't anticipate the ball coming near him and being able to clear the ball. Both times Dunne correctly ripped into him.

I'm baffled why anyone would voluntarily choose to holiday in Düsseldorf or anywhere in that area for that matter, what am I missing here?
I've driven through the area numerous times on my way to go other places and have stayed the night in Oberhausen and Duisburg before, but I wouldn't have thought it would be a holiday destination for a longer stay.
It's like someone from somewhere outside of the UK choosing to holiday in Birmingham or a Northern city. Old neglected former industrial cities, that's my perception anyway so it would good if someone could break that perception and I could maybe stay longer there.
As someone that lives abroad, 99% of my holidays are going back to England to visit family so I am always surrounded by Brits on my holidays. They are so annoying.
I believe the device he is wearing are pretty normal for people playing sports, they compress the legs so probably something blood circulation related to aid recovery. It's also a sponsored ad so I wouldn't read too much into it.
He's a businessman, business comes first. I've no doubt he loves QPR but when the opportunity comes along to be part of one of the most successful football teams of all time, you have to take it. I have no ill feelings towards him or his family and I wish him well. Hopefully he sends some good prospects our way.
Very true but I'd rather be in the top half, giving it a go, having exciting players who eventually get sold for many millions than languishing year after year in the bottom half unable to shift our players for barely 7 figures let alone 8.
