Another day, another embarrassing story about that wretched club. Theyāve been financially doping for decades and bought all their success. A meaningless punishment for them although theyāll be slightly annoyed they canāt hoover up (steal) the worldās best young talent for their puppy loan farm for a ridiculously short 9 months. |

Just the latest embarrassment on top of a really long list of utter embarrassments from that club. Owners havenāt got a clue and just throw money at it, head coach is an idiot, Cucurella is an utter bellend and of course John feckin Terry. |

Itās players like those two who have a huge responsibility for Leicesterās malaise: bang average Premier League players no doubt on ridiculous wages and contracts who are phoning it in as the Championship is beneath them as they wait in vain for a ātopā club to sign them which will never happen as they are sh1t. |
 | Forum Reply | Harvey Vale at 13:12 15 Mar 2026
Thereās a difference between signing players like Vale with a one off injury and signing players like JCS with a history of injuries. Vale is only 22: heās inconsistent but has shown plenty of potential. His goal yesterday was excellent. |

Donāt think heās been picked much this season: theyāve just sacked their manager and heās been brought back in. Still quality at that level and think heād be an excellent coach or manager in the future if he wanted to do it. |

Donāt like to be pedantic but Crewe are 12 points off the promotion positions in League Two and are very unlikely to go up to League One so Leicester wonāt be playing them next season if they get relegated š |

I think heās learning from his mistakes. He quite rightly took Saito and Varane off at HT in the last game and followed that up by dropping them for this game, trusting the likes of Kolli and Morgan to step up. Really pleased it paid off for him and the team. |

Well he had a much better game than Leicesterās keeper. |

Agreed: the stats donāt lie. Any other poster who breaks the spell and starts a Portsmouth match thread should be immediately banned and made to parade around the pitch in the long forgotten Sparks the Tiger costume whilst we all point and boo. |

The likes of you and him think your gatekeeping really makes you āproper supportersā compared to us Normies. Your āpronouncementsā always increase during a bad run on the pitch. Most of us can think for ourselves and form our own opinions thanks š |

Yes heās probably not Championship standard yet: should be ok for fourth choice centre back on the bench though. Not sure any of us are experts on South African football and would suggest you are belittling the fact he was called up for their national team for a major tournament. |
 | Forum Reply | So what are we going to do about it? at 19:19 9 Mar 2026
Whereas you are fully informed on everything? And double down on what exactly? The injuries and lack of fitness? You always reappear during the lowest moments: certainly not a regular poster after a few decent wins. |
 | Forum Reply | So what are we going to do about it? at 19:04 9 Mar 2026
All those seem to be a big over reaction to what will be another mid table season. Fair enough if we were marooned at the bottom of the table but weāre not. The injury and fitness situations need to be properly addressed at the end of the season and the fanbase need to be kept fully informed on what actions are being taken to prevent a third decimated season in a row. That would be a great start to keeping the supporters onside. |

Well heās been called into the full South Africa squad and is rated as one of their best young players. And heās 20 years old with 10 minutes experience out of position for us: Iād probably be prepared to give him a chance before writing him off eh? |
 | Forum Reply | Steve cook at 13:49 9 Mar 2026
Thereās loads of his QPR posts still on his X page. Think heās been told heās not getting another contract and we will be playing the other lads which is fair enough in as much it gives him plenty of time to get another club for next season but I will be sorry to see him go as heās been one of our best signings in recent years. As stated itās pointless him being on the bench if heās not going to play as we have JCS and Smith there already. |
 | Forum Reply | Steve cook at 10:26 9 Mar 2026
The logical reason not to play him is we now have four fit centre backs: Dunne starts as heās captain, weāve spent a lot of money on Edwards, JCS now fit (at the moment). Personally Iād play Dunne and Cook to stop as many goals flying in but others would put a case for Edwards and JCS: centre back is the main position we actually have options in. |
