Nicely reported Clive. Thanks for the mention - you know me too well!

Just wanted the people in the room to know that (although sometimes considered by some to be voiceless, spineless, toothless or whatever) the OSC had raised most of these emotive issues with the Club over the past 18 months or so. Sometimes we achieve results, sometimes not.

We will be following up with Philip Beard and his colleagues accordingly and look forward to future forums.

Now, off to complain about those ladies' toilets!!
