I'd say it's almost impossible for us to get Hayden. He's on £50k a week at Newcastle and has got 2 years left on his contract!!

See this is the problem! Yes we are capable of competing in this division but it's no good getting ahead of ourselves. All this does is get some thinking we are going to be top 6 next season and starts putting pressure on Cifuentes to deliver and if we're 16th at Christmas some will be saying he's got to go. Let the bloke have at least one season getting us on an even keel and see where that takes us for a push the following season. Then if we do make the top 6 this coming season then that's a bonus. I'd prefer us to have a crack at the League Cup or maybe progress in the FA Cup this season coming.

Am I missing something? Has Chair miraculously turned into Lionel Messi overnight?
Why wouldn't we be able to survive relegation without him? He's only one player who hasn't managed to single handedly win any games this season. He's hardly Taarabt is he!

If they up the offer to 10 million euros I think he'll be sold. We've signed potential replacements for him in Andersen and Hodge who can both play as a no.10 creative role. Chair may not want to go though as Trabzonspor are way off the Champions league spots although they are in with a chance of Europa league qualification.

I just posted this on another thread:- Just read on AAB club website that Lucas Andersen has terminated his contract with them and is now a free agent . I also read that he was having a medical at the Bush yesterday so maybe another one in. Just looked at a Youtube post of him. He takes free kicks, corners, penalties and has got a long throw and brings his own ball!
