Beaten by a very good team. The injuries potentially more serious than the result. I thought Amos and Dozzell did ok alongside Field in midfield and bringing on Johansen and Hendrick weakened us. Maybe one was worth subbing for fresh legs but when we were failing to compete the subs just made things worse. In the end the injury to Marshall showed the folly of using up all our subs, but I was more concerned that they actually made us less effective.

Although disappointing we won't play any better teams this season, probably including the guys from Craven Cottage.
