Hi hoopss. Hope you don't mind me posting this here, I'm a student and massive Rotherham fan.

I've been developing a football game and it has proved to be a very strenuous undertaking, as I have singled handedly developed the game whilst working full time and undertaking a 4 year degree. Marketing an application, as a single individual, on just above minimum wage, is very difficult. Whilst occasionally stories do emerge of young developers making large returns from creative development, the vast majority of mobile phone applications which populate app stores are crafted by large development teams with huge marketing and advertising budgets. Many are even leveraged at a loss for the first few years.

In the face of such dwarfing competition, I am attempting to be creative in seeking publicity for my app. As the app was only created by myself on a shoestring, it is not a worldbeater, but I genuinely believe it is a good product with potential, which was affirmed by the very positive reaction I have received when testing it and the local rag are running a personal peice on it and I this week. I hope you don't see this as spam, as your feedback would be very warmly received. I think football fans will really love this game. Please help out a footy fan by giving it a try

Hiya Swans fans. Hope you don;t mind me posting this here, I'm a student and massive Rotherham fan been to liberty a few times. I was there back at the tail end of last millennium when that awful indecent happened at Milmoor (though I was only a nipper), hope you've forgiven us and our knobhead police force now. In other news, LOL at your rivals cardiff. Never rated slade or his brand of football but Trollope???!!!!

Now taking bets on when Rotherham will be back in admin
at 16:38 2 Jul 2012

Another Miller here. I'm fairly confident that it will not come to admin this time round. The hope is for 7000-8000 crowds and these figures seem realistic on the back of season ticket sales so far. That being said, Tony Stewart has stated he will still be bank-rolling the club for at least the next year or so whilst we settle in to our new surroundings. Perhaps it is deluded to assume everything is rosy but the information we are fed, as fans, is a lot more positive then it was 4-5 years ago.

It seems daft to me this 'rivalry' our clubs have built up over the last few years (even if it maybe only exists on t'e net). For as long as I can remember we have been a family club. Perhaps we are a bit starry-eyed nowadays and Steve Evans will certainly not endear opposition fans. That being said, it is hard not to get too big for your boots when the likes of Accy bring enough fans to fit in a van!

The way I see it our two clubs have a lot in common. We both love Alife and we're family clubs with a history of selling our best players for peanuts.

I enjoy my trips to Spotland and have never came across and animosity except that pillock of an announcer. I hope you lot are only winding us up in suggesting the lovely chippy will be closed! Should be a belter of a match on New Years Day and I would expect us to travel quite heavily. Enjoy your trip to the NYS.
