If I was Garry I'd certainly write to the F.A asking for an explanation. Cowardly decision to end the game there.

Podolski watched Bony coming and waited then tucked his right arm in and barged Bony penalty all day, Probert was never gonna give it though.

he had a cluless expression on his face aswell.

but one way to look at it, when their last sub came off he strolled off this added a bit of added time on. karma being karma we scored within the 90mins anyway. if he walked off even slower we would of had more added time and probably had time for a final goal.

just goes to show that walking off slow to run the clock down, dont work all the time as it nearly ment arsenal losing all the points.

Yes, his expression was 'what have I done wrong?'. Honest mistake or should have done better? We thoroughly deserved that point today. Huge boost.

I'm sure the FA and Probert would just say that 90 minutes is up and the game ends.

It would be much better if they had a rule like rugby, where the ref blows the final whistle when the ball is out of play.

On a similar point - where did 2 minutes extra come from in the first half?

Better have an official time keeper and the ref stops and starts play - then everyone knows exactly how much time is left.

Poll: Should the official match day thread include pictures?

that was not a 100% pen but a 200% pen, shoulder charge!!!

As for the final whistle, that was a joke........his face at the end when surrounded by the players just told me everything.

There are far too many horrendous and bias refs in this league. Some of the decisions, across the board this season have been embarrassing.

Poll: Some scummer on the anus board reckons 80% of us want them to go down. so... do

Tamping after reading that and they are spot on with it, other way around and Probert would of let Arsenal score, hell he probably would of tapped it in for them.

Its the minimum of time allocated. It also states that any threatening attacks or attacking corners or free kicks etc etc are to be allowed to proceed until a satisfactory outcome in a respectable time.

Key word is minimum, so he can blow any time he wants after 4 minutes.

Not sure about the second part, I've seen plenty of corners waved away because there was no time to take them.

Not any more. If someone is in on goal they've been advised to play out the attack.

Probert will be asked to explain himself by the FA and the ref assessor will 100% have it in his report.

The refs are encouraged to let things go and let it flow and push the boundaries a little to make the game more entertaining. We have been on the end of a lot of dubious calls this year but nothing will come to light because we are Swansea City.

Monk just said on SSN that he should have added another minute on as we scored in injury time too. So in reality he blew up early. Spineless kant

Incorrect.

He had already signaled for four minutes of added on time when we scored. Scoring should have resulted in another minute being added on, making it five minutes of added time.
0
Probert on 22:27 - Mar 25 with 3992 viewsmagicdaps10

4 mins went up as we scored so in theory the ref has to add on 30 seconds if a goal is scored. Was there any subs? if so then he has to add on another 30 secs.

why were we 24 seconds over time, because Arsenal were on the attack he even gave them a throw that was ours, as soon as their attack turned to our break away the p**ck blew

some refs do wait till its out of play or just crosses the halfway line, but these are usually 'lifeless' parts of the game.

we were on a counter attack, arsenal were lifless but we we on goal and we deserved the benifit of the doubt.

again the game should of ended when they were in our end tapping the ball about.

Poll: whats more important to you
