Ben Davies has expressed his heartfelt gratitude to everyone at Swansea City after completing his move to Tottenham Hotspur.
The Neath-born product ended a 13-year association with the Swans following his switch to the London club today.
The Welsh international, who had been with the Swans since the age of eight, was keen to issue his thanks to the club.

Agree. Although we don't know the finer details, I'm happy with the loss of Ben and Vorm for Gylfi plus some cash.
I don’t really care what Ben does at Spurs, unless we have a good sell-on clause, then I guess I hope he does great, and moves to Real Madrid for 100 Million next year. | |

I hope the switch was worth it. I agree the first wave of a cheque book and off he goes. I'm a little disappointed to be honest. Spurs aren't the most stable club and a few poor games and it's oblivion for Ben which would be a shame but I yearn for the day when a player, a young player turns round and says no thank you very much as flattering as your interest is I'd like to stay put as playing for scfc at the moment is exciting and challenging and I want to see where we can go.
