Anyone else still find it bizarre that we are now the "giants" in a potential giant-killing cup tie?
Once upon a midnight dreary, Rotherham at home would have been a big game for us. How times change.

I was thinking earlier, apart from our cup win last year we haven't done much in the league cup have we? And the losses have been pretty dire. Shrewsbury and Scunthorpe come to mind. | | | |

Hadn't realised Fulton was fit again. Other than that, it's pretty much the team I expected. Get our subs and new players as much game time as possible. If Fulton hadn't played, then maybe we could have tried Ki a little further up the pitch in the Shelvey role.
Also, in a perfect world, it would have been good to see Fernandez get at least a half playing with Ash. There's a danger that the defence could be a bit disorganised tonight!

It's so odd when we get these games with no stream now! Find it unbelievably frustrating, even though most of life spent watching for updates on Ceefax and latterly Sky Sports when I couldn't be at a match.
