Swansea's f*cking Beautiful Mun on 07:08 - Jul 19 by monmouth | Where's Perch? Surely he'll be along in a minute to tell us it's all shit? It's frigging boiling here already. Couldn't sleep in it. Might walk along the river and Wye Valley Walk today myself. |
Perch will be in self imposed exile again after he texted me to stop posting jokes because it upsets people. That was several minutes after he had referred to me as the Cimla Clown in a conversation with Russy. He's the most hypocritical tw*t ever to post on here.

What do you mean you walk to the river then walk along the river bank passing the Ferry, Melin, Neath, Resolven, Cwmgwrach, Glynneath, Pontneddfechan and up into Breckonshire to the source of the river and then cross over and walk all the way back to get to Swansea ? [Post edited 19 Jul 2016 14:23]

No thats silly. If you follow the river Neath up to the M4 flyover you can climb up onto it and walk left down that big curve and join onto the golf course. https://www.google.co.uk/maps/dir/Aberavon,+UK/51.6518748,-3.7374697/@51.6210343

Only if you Swim across the mouth of the River Neath! Which I would not advise because of the treacherous currents!

Tides go in and out but rivers tend to keep on flowing, sailboats used to go up to Glynneath back in the day, the river Neath is a bona fide river that is the result of several small rivers joining together up the 'Bont' and then the 'Dulais' river joins at Aberdulais, forgetting tides for a minute, a bona fide river has to be crossed to walk from Aberavon to Swansea on the beach, not some little stream.
