Chris Coleman to Hull? on 09:43 - Jul 30 by Darran
If he hangs on for a couple of weeks the Swans job will probably be available.
CC has always said to friends "I would never take the scfc managerial role"swansea is the place he comes to for relaxing , visiting mates and family, I can see his point of view.

He said that in the post, but retracted it when we started doing well

I don't think Cookie is that fussed about money, he seems like he's got a pretty set plan of managing Wales for another couple of years and then going out to manage in different countries. Can't really blame him, he'll be on very good money in what should be a far less stressful job than in the Premier League and I'm sure he'll be living somewhere nicer than Hull.
I wouldn't be surprised if Cookie took a decent job offer somewhere because, as someone said earlier in the thread, his stock has never been higher, and probably never will be again.
But Hull? I'd be amazed if he went there, it's a real poisoned chalice with the owner wanting out and putting the brakes on the transfer pot (which is why Bruce left). The fans hate the owner and most reckon they're already relegated before a ball is kicked. Cookie would be mad....
