I don’t know if this has been discussed before but I’m sure I read somewhere that his contract is up at the end of the season.
If you were in the boardroom big chair would you be looking to extend his contract now?

I read somewhere he was pining for a return to London. Under those circumstances taking a new deal makes little sense. Martin needs to plan for the future with younger players keen to adapt and be at Swansea for a few seasons. |  |

Better wing back definitely. Manning had a good game at LB yesterday. Manning just can’t play wing back but Bidwell certainly can. Don’t know WTF is going on between Bidwell and Martin ATM. |  |
