I'd like to think that people are also donating, rather than just self-centering themselves abhorrently. At minimum, Shelvey and the celebrities would have been smart enough to make enormous donations?

While I agree it screams 'Look at me!', it has done an outstanding job in raising awareness for the disease and it has raised astonishing amounts of money for the charity which would not have been raised without this campaign.

I thought it was for Cancer. The above link is for something I've never heard of. Most people I've seen do it do not mention a disease of any sort and therefore are not raising any awareness other than they are a bit of a cock.
