They do it on purpose so they can charge £140 to do it, a set of batteries costs £27 the rest is 20 mins max labour £113. No reason why they can't put the battery in a easy position so people who have forked out £5000 for a stair lift can change the battery themselves except they want to screw the disabled customer some more every 3 years. | |
