If you take a complaint, or a suggestion or a request to them, usually requiring some of their time or money, they nod approvingly and say 'absolutely' every time you finish a sentence, then do the opposite a week later. When you haul them up for this, they deny ever agreeing to anything you said because 'absolutely is a 'non-approval approval'. These people never put anything in writing either.
