It actually sounds like a good idea, provided as you say, that teams don't suffer financially from it.
Cutting out the need for mid-week games for teams in Leagues 1 and 2, as well as the Championship, and playing almost always on a Saturday, has to be good news for everyone. |  |

They'd lose a restraint of trade case though. They are not being prevented from playing football - indeed, they have regular European football something they'd not get if put into the FL.
No way would they get parachuted into the Prem; legal action would occur from those affected by them being parachuted in.
The irony is I think Scottish football as a whole would be better off without Celtic and Rangers. A lot more parity would lead over time to more competitiveness. | |

What would prevent say PSG moving to La Liga? Bayern Munich? La Liga becoming by default a pan European league? Nordic nations becoming a single league?
