My pleasure. Questions have been hit and miss. Good one for PC about Siggy playing wide, but followed by ridiculous one for the physio about players eating pies on the bench.

Although disappointing that they still haven't got around to live streaming it. I can understand that it may mean fewer people turn up though, but at the very least I'd hope it would be recorded and then put up on the Trust site? [Post edited 22 Feb 2017 20:25]

I cringed when that was asked too, then he also went on to suggest we sign Gomis, obviously clueless to the fact hes out on loan. Where you there?

Trust Fans Forum live coverage on 22:32 - Feb 22 with 2159 views | Landore_Jack | I asked Phil after the forum had ended, if the Trust had decided to take legal action against the selling shareholders. No decision has been reached yet. If there was a strong possibility that the Trust would win the case, and the outcome was good, they would allow the fans to vote whether to proceed with court action.

So in other words the trust are "shitting out".... if they were going to take the selling shareholders on they would have done it months ago....

They would definitely consider putting it to a vote first before pushing the nuclear button.

Are there time constraints, most legal action has stipulations.

It will never come to a vote though will it? If the Trust wanted to " Take up Arms" they would have done it months ago surely.... ? The words "lap dog" springs to mind ...

What does the term 'fans' mean though? Does it mean the 1500 of us whoare members of the Trust, or the 16000 season ticket holders, or the 18000 that go down there every game? If iit's just us 1500, who's to say that the 14500 other season ticket holders aren't going to be miffed?
Trust Fans Forum live coverage on 22:50 - Feb 22 with 2045 views | Landore_Jack | Personally, if the Trust has a strong case and they feel the outcome would be very rewarding/successful then no vote is necessary. Just proceed with court action.
