If he changes his attitude towards the club, I think he could succeed under Guidolin favoured formation. But I don't see that being likely unfortunately

It will most like be a 3-4-1-2 from next season as Guidolin favours this formation. We could play Paloschi and ayew up top with siggy playing a shadow striker role. As for our wingers, routledge can play a central role so can barrow but I think our problem will be wtf do we do with montero?

Hopefully if Guidolin introduces a 3 man defence system we can see him play a lot more regularly which will be excellent because he is a great prospect for the club

Why ayew would go to Sunderland is beyond me, who would want to join a team who seems to be relegation threatened nearly every season. Ayew can get us out of relegation then join a big club for a huge fee (similar to Bonys would be great)

I think it's a risk worth taking because West Brom will sit back and hopefully with more men pushing forward we can then score more plus in defence this can turn into a 5-2-2-1

So it appears (according to the Swansea website) that Kenji Gorre has returned from his limited spell at Den Haag. Is he a risk worth taking by playing him in a few games off the bench as an impact sub?

For me I think he'll end up like De Andre Yedlin, the player spurs bought from Seattle sounders, he'll end up at a championship club or somehow he's career will stagnate especially because Chelsea aren't a club that development their own players
