Wake up and listen to radio 4 for a little while before getting up.

Bowl of rolled oats, with sultanas, walnuts, blueberries, a banana and milk, followed by tea and toast (Aldi malt bloomer), usually whilst perusing this forum.

Clean teeth, get dressed and then out with the dogs for the first walk of the day whilst listening to the radio and hopping channels.

Pretty much covers most days.

Shower then put my lunch that’s usually been in slow cooker overnight into lunchbox for work. Usually a casserole with lots of veg. Sandwich only for tea.

A very small amount of personal grooming next. Then Spotify on, ear phones in, walk to work.

Banana for breakfast at work and coffee mid morning rationed to 2 cups a day.

A much more chilled affair than the previous 25 years when the kids were at home. It’s a lovely change in pace ðŸ‘
