I agree. I know quite a few on here enjoyed watching the ladies World Cup. I really could not get into it, same as female commentators. I just can’t abide listening to them.

If it's about the money they are paid by their country's FAs, then yes they should get the same match fee as the men (think England's men get about £1,500 match fee, which they use to donate to charity) for representing your country.
Prize money for joint events like Wimbledon also should be equal, as your selling the event as a whole.
