Who are the teams and who will the winner face next?
Maine Road FC were founded in 1955 by Manchester City supporters. Based in Chorlton-cum-Hardy, the side are currently in the North West Counties League Division One South - the 10th level of English football - and play at Brantingham Road.
Squires Gate were founded in 1948 and are based in Blackpool. They are in the Premier Division of the North West Counties Football League - the ninth tier of English football.
The two sides have met 30 times in the past with Maine Road coming out of top 11 times and Squires Gate 10 times.
The game will be played at Prestwich Heys ground, Adie Moran Park, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and there will be a limited attendance.
The winners will be rewarded with a trip to Northern Premier League side Ashton United in the Preliminary Round on 12 September.
