BFC Website - Apparently we saw continued success this season...
at 19:44 13 May 2015

Who comes up with these articles? How can anyone begin to attach the word success to anything happening at Blackpool FC. I moan that the club is so quiet, but if this is what they spout when they do speak maybe we're better off in silence.

Apologies if the link doesn't work.

A direct appeal to Ian Holloway
at 21:03 11 May 2015

I'm torn on this. As much as I want to see a change of ownership I don't think it's right to push Holloway away or worse, abuse him if he does take the job. I can't see Holloway coming in and protecting KO if things aren't right. It would be wrong if the fans turned on him because of the owners.

If Oyston does pack up and go would it not be better to have a running start with new owners and a proven manager in charge. We could be lumbered with an awful KO appointment that we can't reasonably get rid of. I don't think turning Holloway away will force a sale, someone would take the job eventually. For me I'd rather it be Holloway.

New Statement from Blackpool

Least sincere statement ever! I take it from that last sentence that we won't be hearing anything from the club anytime soon. Another summer of silence awaits.

Lee Clark Gone: Did he walk or was he pushed?
at 17:04 9 May 2015

Jack Gaughan (Daily Mail) suggested on Twitter that KO tried to talk Clark out if it. I think he'd had enough. Maybe realised there was no opportunity for change at the moment. Said himself the situation was worse than he expected when he took the job.

BFC Statement on the resignation of Lee Clark
at 15:24 9 May 2015

First time poster alert.

I have to say how good the statements from BST have been. They put forward the frustrations of many in clear and calm statements that don't set out to antagonise the owners.

Now Clark has gone we have lost the last line of communication with the club. This wall of silence from the owners was never acceptable in my view but now it must stop. We need to know what is being done to make sure we're not in the same position we were in at the start of last season when we kick off in L1. Although I don't honestly see that happening.
