Also think we're weak on the left hand side without any natural left footers. Would have started White if fit.
John was on one of the training clips this week, so hopefully he isn't too far off - natural left footer and brings much needed pace.
A bit concerned about Campbell - he looked good when he played but disappeared quickly... hopefully not a serious flare up of the previous injury.
By my reckoning we're still missing Slicker (int), Nelson (int), John (inj), Taylor (inj), Campbell (inj) & Charman (inj)... probably only 2 starters in there so we're getting closer to full strength.

Am I right in thinking we have missed Nelson & Slicker for four games now? That is an absolute joke.
Hope Odoh takes his chance, unfortunately I think he rarely plays well when he starts so hope he proves me wrong.
Agree with 442 about not making things personal, but how on Earth Ball starts today after last week is beyond me. Malley did more in 15 minutes than Ball has in 5 games.
Great to have EEL back, Graham has been much improved in recent weeks and hopefully can only improve further playing next to a first choice centre half and not Jim.
Massive game today, hope we can get a positive result.
Edit - Charman has now been missing for 10 weeks by my count. That’s a strange hamstring injury?

I thought Sinclair had been playing well, but to drop him and pick Odoh is shocking, Odoh as been poor recently. I can understand White is not being fully fit, because otherwise I would have started with him.
Cross in from the left by Kelly & Ball heads home from about 8 yards out. Their keeper comes off his line for the cross & gets stuck on no-mans land making it much easier

EEL had a mare of e few minutes
Misses scoring from about 3 yards out, then makes a mistake at the back leaving their player with a 1 on 1 with our keeper. Great save by our ex-captain to save the current captain's blushes !!
Looks like there could be a few goals in this game, although I'll be happy if there are no more

He's better used when playing further forward, him and Quigley are doing really well mixing it with their defenders. Ball has all the attributes to be a good player at this level if used properly and if he's up for it.

1-0 at HT & missed a glorious chance in injury time. Great run by Odoh up half the pitch & he plays a pinpoint pass for Quigley who somehow puts it wide from about 3 yards out.
That's final pass is what Odoh normally has missing from his game so let's hope for more

Ball has been much improved there’s no doubt about that. Kelly is also playing really well. Odoh has been very wasteful in possession, other than the chance he created for Quigley that he really should have scored.
We’ve looked fairly solid other than an occasional moment of madness.
The quality of our crossing leaves a lot to be desired. We’ve managed to work some really good opportunities and Rodney and Seriki have both just ballooned crosses behind.
A really good opportunity to grab 3 points.
