League One is the weakest that it has been for years, we have a good squad, impressive stadium and training facilities.
There are some decent players amongst our squad, who between them should ensure that we are challenging at the right end of the league.
Our recent record as stated elsewhere is lamentable. Four more games and if no improvement then JW should go.

I went to the 4-3 win at Tranmere played on a Friday night. Some spectacular goals and Colchester were 4-1 up at one stage and when the third Tranmere goal went in everything went a little tense. Happy days.

With just one win in 19 games I wonder how many chairman would have stayed faithful to their manager. I also wonder what set of circumstances it will take for Cowling to decide enough is enough.
Even Carl Marston in today's EADT said results have not been good enough. I recall last season he said we were lucky to have Ward as manager. Depends on your definition of lucky I suppose.

It would appear that JW has the safest job in football.
Four more games without a win and something has to give.
And of course if we defeat Donny Rovers then JW is likley to be canonised.
