That's fair but sadly rugby is all about money at the moment. The match in London generated the highest spend per head and gross but not practical. Bridgend is far behind Swansea and financially needs to have a significant financial input by Bridgend Council, but is that practical under current financial circumstances. |

Says someone from Pencoed. The money is in Swansea and IMO that's where they will stay. I know many season ticket holders who have not renewed until they commit to swansea. |

The Scarlets currently have a bigger fan base and development structure. It's not always been the case. There is no way the Scarlets would merge. |

From what I've heard is the plans are in Swansea to turn the pitch around and build a hotel on the Rec side of the ground to also house hospitality. IMO this is not practical unless the Rec becomes a proper car park and there would also need to be an access road to service the hotel. Plus there is also only access from the Mumbles direction. Personally I believe any redevelopment would need to be at the Patti end. It would also depend on how much the council buys into the project. [Post edited 23 May 20:25]

From the article in the opening post. The council would want any approved plan to accommodate the successful relocation of Swansea Cricket Club in a manner agreed by them and others. Weβre talking with Swansea CC about helping them relocate to an alternative facility suitable for their games in the top division of the South Wales Premier Cricket League. [Post edited 23 May 16:10]

How many people actually read the literature that often comes with many prescribed drugs. It lists possible side effects and the chances of these side effects affecting the taker. The taker then decides to proceed or not, are any drugs 100% safe,. Even longstanding medication like penicillin can have serious side effects on some. As individuals we all make our own choice, a choice we should be thankful to have. |

If we didn't have such high levels of immigration we wouldn't need so many NHS workers. |

There is no way I can support Scotland, Joe Jordan put paid to any chance of that. There is no possibility I can ever forgive or forget. |

Benda was first choice until he got injured in the January, it was a 12 month injury. When Rushworth signed Benda was injured and had been for nearly 8 months. The earliest he was going to return was 5 months after Rushworths arrival. Duff stated that Rushworth didn't want to sign a new extension so the club sold him. A sensible decision because we had a fee and saved the wages on a player at most we would have been able to utilise for 4 months. [Post edited 22 May 15:34]

You are spot in about Benda, there is no truth that MM did not rate Benda. His move was purely business and sensible by the club at the time. Take no notice of posters posting bullshit opinions. Fulham close in on Swansea keeper Benda - https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/66640666 |

No sign of any racism there, is it only racism when things are not going your way. |

Miles was considered the better candidate by the majority of the Labour MS's and should have been elected. It was the Labour non Senedd members who voted him in, perhaps the Senedd members knew of the issues. |

If Russ gets them up it will be at least one player we will not be able to afford this summer. |

Exactly, the long term damage he is doing to Welsh Labour is getting to a point where they may not be able to turn it around by the General Election. Only the Conservative incompetence in Westminster is giving them any hope. The Welsh public may just tactically vote. |

I think the Conservatives believe that the longer Gething is there the better it is for them, he is self imploding. |
