19 - QPR - 42 pts
20 - Rotherham - 40 pts
21 - Cardiff City - 39 pts

22 - Huddersfield - 36 pts
23 - Blackpool - 35 pts
24 - Wigan - 31 pts
So Wigan have an 8 point gap between them and Cardiff now with 8 games to go and Cardiff have a game in hand as well as Rotherham cause of that game being abandoned.
Reading getting 6 points deducted would also take them to 39 points, and they would go into 21st place.
Huddersfield would already be down if they got a 12 point deduction too.

Wigan's deduction wasn't due to FFP. Points deductions for Huddersfield & Birmingham (if they happen) wouldn't be due to FFP.

Wigan's deduction wasn't due to FFP. Points deductions for Huddersfield & Birmingham (if they happen) wouldn't be due to FFP.

But they are not paying these as they are keeping within FFP, and I would guess the penalties are smaller than breaching FFP.
