Yeah I mentioned that at the time about the total absence of any celebration, emotion or personality of the woman snowboarder. She was actually a bit scary.

I watched all of last nights team skeleton event. The British woman completely blew what was supposed to be a Team GB stroll to the gold medal. She was soooo bad. Fortunately for her Matt Weston put in, for me, the most incredible performance of the entire Winter Olympics and somehow grabbed victory. Amazing TV.

His record is awful. He was sacked from his last job after a couple of months. 2 points won from a possible 24. I know Watford’s owners are bonkers but they may have exceeded themselves this time.

I hate to burst peoples conspiratorial bubbles but could it be that the media team have been given a rare mid season Saturday off? Posting on Twitter I’d imagine is far easier than putting something out on the Offish. If they’d left it til Monday to tell people I’m sure there’d be plenty on here who’d moan about not being informed as soon as the club were given the news.

I’m sure in the past the only response to this unfortunate news would have been to wish Dembele a speedy recovery. Now we over analyze every possible aspect about how the information was released by whom and when, if the pitch was to blame, how the medical team is to blame and how the performance team will will spin this news. Some people really need to get a grip.

I suspected it was go8ng to happen tonight. The cat is out of the bag regarding Madsens influence and ability. Vale needs to be a plan B in terms of bein* the driving and creating force by maybe dropping a bit.

Likewise. My Dad was a Charlton fan and my first ever game was at the Valley. I also used to work in Floyd Rd but seeing Dave Thomas flying down the wing for QPR did for me. I’ve never recovered.

I was only thinking the other day that you don’t see players asked questions like you used to see in ‘Shoot’ magazine ie favourite food, player, what car do you drive etc etc. They’re just a bit of fun but a good way of avoiding the dull cliches that players spew up as a result of media training.
