We saw on Wednesday what an asset he can be going forward just as we saw how good he was last season doing the ugly side . Marti keeps saying he wants his players to be brave and we are finally seeing Field being just that.
He had one moment against Leicester where he looked up and just needed to play a ball into space behind Leicester’s ridiculously high line to an already motoring Armstrong and he hesitated, played it side ways, lost it and we conceded the free kick to which they scored.
Other than that he is playing looking forwatd. His natural instinct is to play safe so it was so refreshing to see him play like he did on Wednesday.
Also adds ££££ to his fee if he continues to impress like he is doing .
