Poor poor too many players not playing to their potential and a manager completely out of his depth needs an aqua lung

Can’t work out which is the worst decision, allowing idiot fans force out Puel after our most successful season for decades, or employing this guy, who has no experience or credentials. Those two decisions have set us back at least 5 years. We needed to be top six at this stage, otherwise we’re in a relegation battle, and I’ve said so since the sacking of Puel and the start of the season. We need to use this international break to get rid (tomorrow AM hopefully), and get a manager in with some experience, some credentials, and some ideas.

How you people who forced out Puel can sleep at night is beyond me. Oh wait, you blame Lea Reed and call for his head, that’s it.

Sadly we have an impotent attack combined with very dubious team formation and tactics. The manager seemsxout of his depth the team is playing on go slow .The formation is not working individual errors .Outstandng performance by Davis pity the rest of the team couldnt follow his lead.

Les Reed really is a spent force if Wandering Saint is all he's got left for PR. He can't even spell Les.

Of course, it's time for Les Reed to go. It will present us with a great opportunity to bring Paul Black Box Mitchell back to the club to clear out the dead wood that has accumulated under Reed: Wilson, Black, Watson, Jaidi etc, appoint a dynamic manager like Nuno Espirito Santo and bring in exciting new players.

This made me laugh: "How you people who forced out Puel can sleep at night is beyond me."

Err, that was your old mate Les Reed and I bet he has no problem sleeping at night. He is still a legend in his own mind.

Is les reed the guy who through that we have one of the best midfield and attack on the league dispiteblast years debacle.

Is he also the one who refuse to sell a defender who did not want to be here for 55mil. Who have been mediocre and whom we will be lucky to get 35 mil now for. Who in the meantime is destroying morale at the club.

THat 55 mil would have netted us a pretty good striker and attacking midfielder

This was hard to watch. Is it the manager or the players. There is a complete lack of confidence throughout the team, which produces a fear within the players. Pope was outstanding for Burnley and his saves showed how poor Forster has become. Again there was a lack of drive and final product from the majority of players today. Team selection was again bemusing and why continue with the same players and tactics when they have not worked all season. I think Eric Black as first team coach is not addressing any of our problems as he failed to do at Villa. Really have had enough of poor teams coming to St Mary's and contributing nothing to the game and us gifting them a goal. On this showing we are on our way out of the Premier League.
