I have BT sports via my EE contract, easily download the app and watch on tablet or phone, but I am quite sure I can’t download the app on my smart TV, it’s a Sony Bravia 4K thingy, can anyone confirm otherwise? |  |

I've got a Samsung smart TV and all I do is link my tablet using a hdmi lead. Was watching the Ashes last week on my 3 month free BT offer ðŸ‘🻠|  |

Aye, I did that with Netflix on my previous tv that wasn’t ‘smart’. Too much like hard work for a lazy sod like me! Could I connect my tv and phone wirelessly maybe? | |

A simple way of doing it would be to download the app on to your laptop/computer and connect that to your TV with an HDMI cable. Or your tablet to your TV if your tablet has an HDMI port.
Then your TV just shows exactly what's on your laptop/computer. Press play on your laptop/computer and watch it on your TV.
