Met him quite a few times with work, nice lad.

I'd be surprised if he makes it in the NFL, but good luck to him.

One season in a practice squad in the NFL and he'd be quids in compared to Rugby.

Disappointing to hear the news , but if he can make the changeover then what a opportunity for him and his family and if it doesn't work out ,at 22 , he'll still have his best years in front of him . I just wonder can he emulate these clips

Can you imagine a top footballer with a bright future being released from his contract to go and play another sport. It all seems very amateur to me.

The boy could have been the Beckham of rugby, lifting the profile of Welsh rugby through the roof and bringing it to a wider audience. Did the WRU do enough to try and keep him?

Did they know? Plus, he's a Gloucester player. Gatland found out an hour before his press announcement of the 6 nations squad.

I know he's a Gloucester player and they have probably agreed a contract with him to return if it doesn't work out, but I find it hard to believe that nobody in the WRU knew while Gloucester agreed to release him.

All this after Immanuel Feysi Obusu chose England over Wales.
