It's the NFL..again. 15:24 - Sep 7 with 24027 viewsBoston

I'm thinking a 23 - 17 win for the Pats today. Mike Vrabel was a very popular player; hope it goes well for him.

Pat's season? Realistically, happy with a winning record.

Poll: Thank God The Seaons Over.

Bloody surprised the Bills fired McDermott. Damn good coach turned Buffalo right around.

Yup….a case of ‘be careful what you wish for’ he took the to the playoffs consistently which is hard to do… not his fault Josh Allen threw 4 turnovers or whatever it was. It’s a brutal business.

A Team with a semi-competent QB would have easily won this game. NFC teams must be licking their lips

I've thought Seattle looked good all season. Won't be watching all of their game, early to bed tonight.

So the Squawks are going to the Big Show. They deserved it based on their early dominance but almost let the Rams back into it in the second half. Partly due to a really stupid taunting penalty.

Cant look past the Seahawks in the big game. Pats have got the job done and thats frankly astonishing given where they were coming into the year but certainly haven't looked as impressive in the post season

Seahawks had an excellent season and should easily win the SB now but they got a few strange calls on that last drive IMO.
Firstly McVeigh blew that call on 4th down should have kicked it there only be down 1 with all timeouts I thought.
Then very suspicious call that play where Seattle got the 1st down and LA had to burn
timeout
Ball looked out of 2 of those big plays ask Buffalo fans how they feel about those .
Still looking forward to SB and cannot wait for Bad Bunny

Kupp was definitely short. But I think McVay did the math on whether he wanted to burn a timeout and then give Seahawks a chance to go for it on 4th and 1 (if they get that it's game over) or trust his defence to get a stop on the next set of downs and get a chance to go for the win

Hawks are back in the SuperBowl Baby!

the excitement will come, i'm sure of it, but right now (and running off of about 3 hours sleep...) the overwhelming feeling is relief.

we had that game completely sewn up, and then the Woolen taunt penalty right into the Nacua touchdown was a real momentum changer, i thought we were done for.

three games vs the Rams this season, absolute sloberknockers all of them. barely a fag paper between us across them all...

Can we not knock it?

Yeah. Both teams know each other all too well. Don't want to jinx it but that game may be a lot closer, and more intense, than the final turns out to be.

Paris game confirmed for 2026. Saints the home too (wooo for me) rumour is the Browns as their opponent 25th October (week 8 I think)

Looking forward to this, this evening .
Tomorrow booked off work (got the Covid so would be off work anyway) .

Got a sneaky feeling for the Seahawks. Been very impressed when I’ve watched them over the last few weeks

I hope you're right Mart. Watching Mike Mcdonald develop that defense in just two seasons has been magical.

Really hope Emmanwori's ankle has genuinely cleared up as he is such an important part of the scheme, particularly with dealing with the Patriots RB's and TE's on pass plays.

We owe them for eleven years ago. Nervous as Fu*k.
Go Hawks.

I am only interested in the game and don’t usually bother with the halftime show, but tonight I will make an exception. Could be interesting.

Our resident new englander aside very few are giving the patriots much chance here. Seahawks just strong in all phases it's really just a question of whether Darnold is going to turn into a pumpkin again and if Maye can play like the regular version instead of playoff version of himself.

Most of the country rooting for the Seahawks I think. Boston, you've had your turn, share the fun

One for the defences – 7 punts in the first half so far.

It's always noisiest at the shallow end

Much as I expected. A low scoring game with the Seattle defence in charge.

Happy with that & the half time show 😎
Seahawks too good & too soon for Patriots to win again.

Maye did look a little wet behind the ears in comparison to Darnold. That was the main difference I think. As the two defences are almost certainly the best in the NHL right now. But I'm so happy for our neighbouring (or 'neighboring') Squawks fans. Cascadia Rules OK!

Ah, what a great night! I can finally put my Malcolm Butler nightmares to bed.

Winning a championship with a terrorising defense is the fkin best!
