The two poorest managers in the top four being talked about is quite unbelievable. This season alone has illustrated why both are lucky to be in the roles they are, let alone looking higher.

| Blackburn Rovers new manager. on 13:36 - Feb 5 with 1728 views | Daley_Lama | I think that is harsh on Robbie but that is just my opinion. The two teams leading the push are teams that have been built over 2-3 years with additions rather than wholesale changes Robbie is in his first year in top flight of NL after doing grand job at Macc, and like any other manager (including ours) is learning on the job. His team are not rubbish, just a couple of teams appear better. He’s recognised the need for a strong CF in his formation as Jim did, with his recent signing of Rees. FG are not having a bad season, Dale and York are having exceptional ones. Counter arguement can be their wage bill etc which i get, but money doesn’t guarantee success | |

https://www.fgr.co.uk/news/rov They've just signed an amalgamation of two of our worst strikers of the last 21 years!
| I'm not a maestro, far from it, but I just engage my brain before posting. |

Don’t think anyone thinks Forest Green are rubbish. His inability to remain level headed and consistent (often within the same interview) was something I thought would hold him and them back from very early on. Any manager who says how they will always support/protect their players in one breath only to then list their deficiencies within minutes, often seconds, will always struggle to maintain any success. Those same players won’t ever really know where they stand. It’s great when things are going well, it’s hard to believe when things aren’t.
