Be waste of money and more hassle for the board to manage, will only make money on match days, and hardly any functions, and will only make money for jw lees, and something else for fans to moan about, bye bye studds before/after game and most prob include half time if they do no point in opening it for 15 min | | | |

Rubbish.
The Dale Bar/Ratcliffe Arms is a very well run, and profitable business. Unlike Studds, it has forward thinking Management, who have built up an all week trade based on daytime seminars and weekend weddings/private parties.
If the club takes over the lease, they would be well advised to keep an element of continuity regarding the Management.
A huge advantage would be that it would be making profits for the Football Club, rather than the Stadium Co. |  | | |

Yeah studds money my go to stadium company but they pay for up keep of the stadium plus staff wages, Rochdale take over Radcliffe will need to hire staff, and manage it, it doesn't make much money as many think. | | | |
