"Technical problems" is the answer to everything. It is just plain bad planning and poor service by whoever is in charge of the PTV service as a whole.
Will be cancelling the service myself next time my sub runs out as it is just not fit for purpose and not worth any money at all |  | | |

If people don't complain, I'm not surprised they get away with it. It needs the muscle of a supporters association to threaten the mass cancellation of all their members. They can take losing one or two customers, but if they know they are going to lose loads, they will have to sit up and take notice. | | | |
