Interestingly last night the thought was that it would be sporting events, then earlier today a bbc article said grassroots and included semi-professional.
Now it’s this:
“ People should not spectate at any grassroots sport or play sport in the restricted areas.”
They’re obviously changing their minds regularly. Just for a change. You’d think, it’s exactly your point about the Covid precautions that are in place - eg. Local football just won’t be working effectively, with kids teams/pub sides. Yet other places could put things in place. One noticeable aspect of Bury’s new club is that although they are restricted to numbers attending, there are pictures of fans standing where they like rather than designated spots; something clubs at that level need to get right.
Chances for Dale v Fleetwood being open to fans? Stopped trying to predict now, the goalposts shift so much. |  |
