Well said. What we expected from new players, and the even worse than last season Stockdale served up, where the worst of it has been worsened by new players has been a nightmare. Stockdale's fault. Tactically almost as bad as Steve Eyre, harsh though that is. Not leaving a man up for a corner and zonal marking that has failed MISERABLY has been persisted with. Madness. Stockdale's career in football is finished, nice man or whatever. So glad he's gone.
Fans in many ways (well done The Overcoaters and "The 12" etc etc) , shareholders and the new board have busted their guts to do their best for RAFC in the face of a hostile takeover threat. The onfield stuff has been dogshit. Stockdale's fault. So glad he's gone.
I think back to 1999 when Steve Parkin came in after the disaster of the Graham Barrow years and gave the club a much needed kick up the arse and turned it around positively. That is what we need now. |  | | |
