Townsend and the Mitchell boy from Utd don't fill me with confidence that Koeman knows what he is doing. Need to get a couple of pacey, creative players in this week or I don't like our chances of avoiding a long relegation scrap this season.
Purse strings and the amount of influence les reed has now vs how much he had under cortese. Tired of it.
Truth is I have no flippin idea what Kat's plans are for the club cos, believe it or not, she hasn't told me. I know! I can't believe it either. As far as I can see tho she has reinvested just as promised. Should she have sold the players? Dunno. Decided I don't care. Frakk em. Frakk em all. Even Rickie. They don't want to be here fine. Does it weaken our club? Don't care. I'm still gonna support my team, whatever anybody else thinks.
Football has started again and I want to enjoy supporting my club, come what may. Pundits and media feckwits can kiss my arse.
No pressure on them at all and nearly every long ball finds a Liverpool player in space. Is that the game plan?
Yoshida has not looked great although that tackle on courtinio was brilliant.
We have some good players. Pelle will score in this league. Forster looks good. Morgan looks rusty. Wanyama grew into the game. Tadic showing flashes...but I am not at all convinced by the tactics so far.
But lets not forget, Liverpool are genuine title contenders this season. No shame in losing there...just wish we were making it a little more difficult for them.
I've predicted 3-1 to Liverpool. Whatever the score tho I don't think tonight will tell us much about the rest of the season. Would love it if we did win tho. And wouldn't object if that a-hole Lovren limped off early doors.
