They are both big losses, especially KWP. We were flying when we played them last time and our tails were up. We are now going through a slump and confidence is low. Still, who imagined that we would get anything up there? Although it was another defeat there were signs of recovery in the second half. KWP will make a big difference when he comes back and perhaps Ralph should stick with Tella’s energy and enthusiasm over Redmond who is not at his best. The next match is huge. |  | | |

Totally agree with the thread.
I would also consider replacing Bednarek on the right. He looks like a fish out of water there and Stephens was no better. As for Redmond, he just needs dropping. He is not creating anything and not scoring, even when he has been in good positions. |  | | |

I don't have sky sports so couldn't watch last night, but I think I am very lucky not to have watched if man of the match was given to Jordan Pickford.
According to Carragher on sky sports website "Pickford's contribution was to spend 90 minutes as a bystander"

I don't have sky sports so couldn't watch last night, but I think I am very lucky not to have watched if man of the match was given to Jordan Pickford.
According to Carragher on sky sports website "Pickford's contribution was to spend 90 minutes as a bystander"

He did nothing apart from get in the way of a scuffed shot from Vestergaard at the end so I’m not sure why he gets a 7. Mind you, I wouldn’t put too much emphasis on the players ratings here! Too many scores being settled. | | | |
