I dont see any other viable alternative during the season thats going to be any better. We are playing as a team 'now' and we will lose games. But its a million miles better than the first 13 games of the season. I would like to see a real good assistant set up which includes the best we can get in data analysts. Broadly agree but the data analysts are no substitute for a team of well drilled players and a man who, somehow, knows almost instinctively how to get the best out of them.
