Seems that if this is deemed a frivolous appeal, the deduction could be increased.
Why on earth didn't the League sort this out in the summer?

Always thought that they would appeal and get the points penalty reduce to 3.
You are right though this should have been all sorted months ago, the fact that they are saying it won’t be sorted till May leaves all the teams near the bottom in limbo. |  | | |
