I’m driving too and have a car park pass. I may leave .10 mins before the end just to ensure I get back for game. They are showing the football at The Rose bowl too (It’ll always be Rose Bowl to me) but I prefer to be home or in pub at home. |

Anyone else going ? As a member I’ll be there, it’s same day as England v Argentina game but gives you time to get back depending where you live of course. Come on Hants ! can we make it to finals day and win it for the 4 th time ? |

Yep I agree. I like the way we are buying the best championship players from other clubs. That’s the way to go , they don’t cost a fortune in relative terms and they get you right up the table because they’re the best players in the league.
Azaz ,Fellows ,Stewart ,Bree , Wood now Dobbin. All highly rated by fans and managers who have watched them week in week out at their former clubs. You can’t get better praise than that. [Post edited 13 Jul 22:13]

He also scored against us home and away. Like I said I believe in our recruitment team. Let them get on with it they’ve proved they know what they’re doing . Dobbin was in high demand I know that . |

Yep that’s the way Dirk. 👍If you want to find out about a player go on their fans forum . He’s highly rated and Wolves and Middlesbrough were interested . When fans are pissed off a player is leaving it tells you everything.
Here’s one comment
He's been our best player and £4.5m is an absolute bargain! He will sell on for at least double that so it's a no brainer IF the PNE money people can see that. ( The price was pushed up to 9 million because there were several clubs after him)
I have every confidence now in whats Spors is doing as our last few signings have been great Azaz, Larin , Peretz for example . I’m surprised people don’t have more confidence in our recruitment now . [Post edited 13 Jul 15:43]

Yeah I get the balancing of the books thing but if he does go we would need a very good replacement and another striker now Stewart has gone. Archer is not prolific enough and I don’t think Brereton Diaz will set the world alight.
Good point about Bragg, I think he’ll get a lot of game time this season . We really don’t want to start the season with a weaker team than the one that finished last season . [Post edited 9 Jul 22:47]

It’s unclear whether he really wants to leave if he does then obviously this is good news but if he isn’t bothered we don’t want to be selling our best players yet again. Charles is a quality player and will excel in the championship again next season ,it’s difficult to see a better replacement player for him. We need the strongest team possible next season if we are serious about promotion especially with the points deduction. |

I said to a mate before the tournament started that there’s 3 reasons why England won’t win the world cup
1. Messi
2. Haaland
3. Mbappe
Three players who are brilliant at what they do and can score goals out of nowhere, they’re just too good.

Nick, saints fans didn’t hate Bazunu we just didn’t think he was very good that’s all.
You seemed to rate him for some reason but didn’t rate Peretz when he first played when it was pretty obvious to most that Peretz was dodgy to start with because of his lack of game time . We could see how he commanded his area and was very vocal and despite the odd error he also made some good saves . He just needed time. |

I dread it when I get one in this heat maybe I should charge more. After they’ve got out I have to lean forward so not to touch the back of my seat. I tend to teach females preferably non fatties. The trouble is you don’t really know what they look like until they turn up for the lesson . |

It’s not pleasant doing driving lessons in this heat even with good air conditioning. When you get a real fatty they sweat profusely and the seats are literally soaking wet. I do carry a few old towels sometimes which I make them sit on .
Ive just taken the dog out still very humid at 10.30 pm but the dog’s been going up the wall. I shall get up at 5.30 am to take him out tomorrow morning before work . |
