As for unrealistic expectations, show me where ive been demanding the club spend millions or they should be getting into the champs league. Comercial income in the 2014 accounts was £10.1million.Its now 14.9. Hardly exponential.
@Nick Ralph is part time so, one would assume he picks up a pro rata salary. |

Nick pasrt of Les's role is the failure is in recruitment and you have negated to mention that in your article. Had we signed a centre back in both the last two winter transfer windows it might be a different story.
