Managed a couple of hours sleep b4 the game, and managed around 3 hours sleep after game, feel ok at the moment, but sure it will catch up with me later
Well worth it, one of the greatest England games I can remember watching, and Thats goes back to some of the 1966 matches I watched as a 7 year old.
Every one of of the players gave it their all, with all the subs superb against the Mexico onslaught at the end.
The sending off and penalty decisions correct, but the 10 men did brilliant, but our lads deserved the win and made our country proud with this magnificent win. |

Trains ok from Salisbury to both 6.21 from here gets to Lincoln 10.35
Nb for Colchester, waterloo, Liverpool st and could be dodgy as Pompey will be taking loads to West Ham for their game a 3pm kick off |

As you say his recent stuff is far heavier than his early stuff, in some ways similar to the way Depeche Mode have developed.
I have tickets for Old Fire station and will be the 5th time I’ve seen him perform, the first back in 1986, should be great in a smaller venue |

Well England if they win tonight, most likely having to beat Mexico at altitude in Mexico, Brazil and Argentina to even reach the Final I honestly don’t think we stand a chance
On evidence of matches so far it looks like a repeat of 2022 final again Argies v France [Post edited 1 Jul 7:40]

I got the train down in 2004 and 2005, never saw kick off either time, trains always mysteriously delayed.
In 2005 missed first 25mins
Pompey never seem these issues coming to St Mary’s
I’d love to do it by train, but with Noon kick off on a Sunday, be amazed if we get in by kick off, so unfortunately think bubble will need to continue |

Feelgood factor definately kicking in after last week’s developments
Currently in Slovenia, and whilst at Lake Bled yesterday our group of 8 Saints fans bumped into a family of Saints fans, resplendent in Saints shirts, however no sign of Dragon Solak, who owns the golf course there. |

I think you will find they haven’t had a penalty given against them all or had a sending off all season, part of the reason won the league and got to Champions League Final this season.
They were awarded 4 penalties in Premier League, not sure how many in other competitions |

Excellent game last night, and crowd was big, 2/3 of ground had most seats full, plus 2 to 3 rows of supporters on the walkway at the top of those seats
My pick of bowlers however youngsters Currie and 17yr old Manny Lumsden
I took caught up with loads of Saints lads I know last night |
