I don't buy this short career crap. If he hasn't made enough to retire then get another job. How many of us get to retire as early as most footballers do? And why is that fair? |

Facts phooey, there's no such thing as a fact when it goes against what they believe. Take the human shields, the tunnels under schools and hospitals, it's all lies mun and no amount of evidence will be believed. Even Hamas commanders admitting it is considered flimsy by some. |

Of it was a binding vote and she could be rid of Gething then maybe. I dount she'll put her head above the parapet for a non binding vote though, self preservation will kick in. |

A free ride? Which politician is gettig a free ride then? Sunak definitely isn't and even Starmer has had to nail a few colours to a mast recently. Farage is still a one trick pony. |

I have recently started listening to podcasts, I feel another session coming on tonight. There's "We have ways of making you talk" with Al Murray and James Holland, they've been covering the Normandy lanings/Overlord/D-day and it's been quite interesting. |

i'm not sure that's how politics works, we vote for the party miost in line with what we want. Voting for Labour doesn't mean you wanted the 20mph limits. Lets face it, very many manifesto commitments never see the light of day after a GE. I also have no objections to the 20 limits in the right places, it was makng it the default that bothered me because of the obvious extra costs in changing it back to 30 when exemptions were applied. I voted for an independent local candidate at the GE and I voted Green in the Senedd election because they were who I most agreed with but I didn't agree with everything they wanted. |

Being vital to you isn't a good enough reason, finances old bean, they should be the deciding factor. Clubs with no money often borrow some, they cannot guarantee a government or council hand out. Glamorgan got the money because it was going to Cardiff, simple as that. If they were sustainable in Landore then they wouldn't move, the numbers say you are very wrong, as well as the decision makers who know more about it than me and you. Inter and AC? totally irrelevant as they both fill the stadium as well as playing the same sport. It's not just irrelevant, quite frankly it's a loopy thing to say. The stadium has to, by FA rules, give priority to football, it is a football stadium first and foremost. And finally, can you prove that last statement? Can you rove the council is paying the bills? I wouldn't hold my breath besides which, maybe the council and the people of Swansea would like to have first class rugby back in a stadium with so much rugby history? |

Well around 444,000 voted for them with a 47% turnout. That's 444k out of roughly 2.4 million regstered voters which is what, about 20% give or take who voted Labour. So about 16% of the adult population voted for Labour. My point stands, how is everybody stupid for voting for the party with 20mph in their manifesto when the vast majority of us didn't vote for them? from your third paragraph on I entirely agree. |

Gething insists he hasn't broken any rules, if true thenthe rules obviously need changing. What I think there can be no doubt about is that Gething is not a fit person to be Wales First Minister as his ethics, morals and his judgement are seriously flawed if he cannot see what he's done wrong. I just hope somebody within Labours ranks sees sense and votes against him. They'll be too busy with the self preservation ting though, I reckon. |

Hasn't Starmer said he's going back to the EU but ina friendly way, to try and negotiate a better deal? The problem with Bojo was he thought Johnny foreigner would back down under "English" pressure but they told him to feck off and all that happened was both sides got a worse deal than we could have had. If any of these politicians were really interested in doing the best thing, the right thing for their electorate then we wou;d have had a far better deal but they were all playing politics, determined to be the winners; it was a fools game. PS, the only good thing about Farage is that he'll tale votes from the tories. [Post edited 3 Jun 20:05]

Well that's just wrong. WE didn't vote them in, the people who voted labour voted them in and those of us who didn't vote for them (or not at all) aren't the stupid ones. The stupid are those who read the manifesto, voted for them and THEN complained. There's only afew on here defending the tory clusterfeck, there's a few who defend Welsh labour too. From where I sit they are both a mess. and I didn't vote for either of them. |

Are you saying Mossad started all this? Did Mossad false flag the Hamas attack on Oct 7th? |
