Tino Livramento has been telling his social media followers about his latest milestone as he strives to recover after his surgery on an anterior cruciate ligament injury, here's what the latest news is.

Tino Livramento posted a video back in August on his instagram account showing him doing keepy uppy's with a ball and the title "Boots Back On"

Saints fans were heartened that his recovery seems to be making progress although Ralph Hasenhuttl was understandably cautious on the subject at the time when asked when the teenager might be ready to return to full training.

Not before the World Cup, he is in time I think, I don't know if he is ahead of schedule or not, but this is not the question at the moment."

But there is now more good news from the 19 year old we signed from Chelsea in the summer of 2021, the latest video shows him returning to running at Staplewood with the message:

"Been a while! Thank you for all the messages over the last four months. Still a long road ahead but another milestone hit."

Saints supporters will be delighted to hear that, as will Ralph Hasenhuttl, who must be now thinking of the headache he will have when Livramento returns to the side hopefully in the new year.

It bodes well for Saints in January, with the progress that the new signings have made in the last month, the return of Tino will give him some selection issues that he hasn't had in nearly 4 years in the job, what a side we could be when Livramento returns to the squad.
