had problems scanning mine fro the man utd game, was told to go and speak to the ticket office but refused due to the fact its worked on every other game and didn't fancy missing the first half. any how after much deliberating the operator typed in the number and i was allowed in, so off to the ticket office i trotted on the Monday to get it replaced, printer wasn't working. returned on Tuesday, still not working. Was then told it will be posted out to me the following day, returned yesterday to be told it was sent out on Tuesday the 10th, still not had it. they asked me if i wanted to leave my ticket there as a new one was in the post. good god yes, i'll leave myself without any recourse any day should my ticket not appear. any one else had this palaver as I've been told by friends that the bar code fades with use. ooft, rant over, i need a rub down with a damp sporting life.  |  | | |  |

When my card failed on the opening match against Burnley, one of the ticket office staff blamed it on wear. I panicked a bit on the morning of the match because I realised I hadn't actually opened my season ticket box and thought for a second it could be empty. Clearly wore out in two hours in my wallet. They should check every ticket they send out/replace |  |
