Hope you enjoyed your return to South Wales 👍

Following on from Sir Ian’s comments about him wanting Wales to beat England as his grandson is playing ...,.,.
If your son or grandson played for the Basseys who would you want to win ( if you could ever forgive him)?

What gives them the right to think they should jump the queue on a vaccine?
Whilst they have been sat on their arse's for a 12 month getting full pay, a lot of us have been out working, others have lost their jobs or have been on 80% pay..
How about the volunteered to work some Saturday mornings or gave up some of their holidays to help kids catch up on their education.

Any news on his injury?

If you won the euro millions tonight would you invest in Swansea City?
Season tickets renewals
at 19:16 16 Feb 2021
I didn’t renew this season is it still possible to have the same seat as last season.
Nothing on the website for renewal, do I have to ring the club to do it?

Be interesting to see him down the Liberty when crowds are back.
Strange to see a national journalist teaming up on Twitter up with a Cardiff fan who glorifies football hooliganism to obviously try to goad Jacks.
I suppose they have they both write shite in common.

On his way to the Basseys apparently
Wouldn’t make our bench never mind get into the starting 11.
at 15:32 17 Jan 2021
Hasn’t gone well at Spurs.
Move to China the only option left to him if he wants to keep making serious cash?

Anyone see her on the Welsh news tonight. Head of rolling out the vaccine in Wales sounds defeated from the start.
Why can’t we have politicians / leaders in Wales who seem positive?

As mentioned in the Barnsley match day thread
17 different starters in the 6 games prior to the Bassey game, why the constant issue of Cooper not using different players
Also the age old non usage use of subs by Coops is nonsense as during those games
Subs 30 -55 4 changes
Subs 55-65 1 change
Subs 65-75 3 changes
Subs 75-90 5 changes
Who was the full back
at 16:45 20 Dec 2020
We sold to Hull a few years ago?
Quite highly rated at the time.
at 13:28 20 Dec 2020
Swans fans favourite ex manager who was adored for his style of football currently getting booed by Brighton fans as his team are losing at home to Sheff Utd.
With better players didn’t finish as high as our current gaffer.
Reading the match day thread presume most would be happy to have him back?
RIP Gerard Houllier

Shocked by that this morning.

Been one of his biggest critics (when we were in the PL)
Glad he’s looking a class act last season & especially this season ......the back 3 along with Guehi & Bennett most impressive (& we have excellent cover).
at 21:10 29 Nov 2020
Proper no nonsense centre half.
Got to admit I was worried when Joey left but we look solid with 3 of Nauts Cabango Guehi & Bennett

Apparently Eddie Howe will be there soon
Civil servant pay freeze
at 14:26 20 Nov 2020
Should be split in 2 sections
The likes of (there are others)
ICU hospital staff
Hospital staff who worked in wards with COVID patients
Fully deserve a pay rise (or a bonus for 2020)
On the other hand the likes of
Hospital admin staff
Who have been on full pay whilst staying at home as schools were shut for months / operations were cancelled
& the likes of
Tax office workers (& other civil servants who have worked from home) saving on travel costs
Minimum should have a pay freeze & probably should donate a % of their pay to other civil servants who fall into the 1st category.
A lot of the private sector have been on furlough on 20% less pay & will in many cases see no pay rises, these shouldn't be paying additional tax to compensate for civil servants.
The country does not have a bottomless pit of money for civil servants & scroungers.
