Let's just sack him now and move onto the next baffooon we decide to appoint!

On the strength of the last two games it ain't going to get much better by the time we reach the 10-12th game of the season, by which time he'll be under immense pressure from all parties as sacking season across all divisions commences!

Added to this is the BS that is the transfer window leading to uncertainty for all clubs until the start of next month.

He was appauling last 15 games last how did he get a 3 year deal.I dont think its about being cheap there is a much bigger picture. He is clearly clueless.Have we been taken over by A trojan horse that wishes to destroy us from within.

Christ.

A) he's not the manager, he's the first team coach
B) he's clearly not "useless" as a coach given his excellent CV regarding coaching and what lots of people in the game have said about him as a coach

If you don't like the direction the club is going, in terms of signings, reduced spending, a DoF/coach structure, etc, get angry at Les. He's in charge of the football activity at the club. Hoos is in charge of the whole club's direction.

Ramsey coaches the first team. The current first team squad will not be challenging for promotion. That doesn't mean he is failing as a coach. It is likely because the squad isn't a promotion wining squad.

Manage your expectations. Focus of long term. Stop sounding like a teenage Chelsea or Utd fan.

"The Long Term " is one of the biggest cop-outs ever invented. It never arrives and you never have to challenge its validity.
As for suggesting someone's alternative opinion makes him sound like a teenage Chelsea or Utd fan,go and buy yourself a new handbag.

The long term does arrive if you don't cry for a new manager every three months and have a proper football philosophy running through the club.

For any mid-size club to sustain itself as a Premier League team there has to be a proper long term plan as is the case for any business. Swansea, Southampton etc. didn't get where they are by chance.

There is nothing like Swansea going on at Qpr.Chris Ramsey is nothing like Brian Laudrup or Gary Monk is he.

Is this not a European term for manager Hunter ? All managers abroad are said to be head coach a phrase that is now coming into the game over here. Chris Ramsey is manager of QUEEN'S PARK RANGERS football club, call him what you want but he is the manager.

B) he's clearly not "useless" as a coach given his excellent CV regarding coaching and what lots of people in the game have said about him as a coach

100% agree, if only we kept him in that position

Perhaps not, but he's a highly rated coach. I don't know if Hoos, Ferdinand and Ramsey are the right people for their jobs but for the first time in ages the club is trying to do things in a sustainable way. Any sort of plan has to be better than the chaos of the last few years.

The board, and Les clearly see something in him. Whatever anyone on here wants, he's not going to be sacked after 6 games, so why don't we all just see how it pans out, maybe even change the record and will something to succeed rather than fail for a change?

If, halfway through the season we have lost more than we've won, and the football that we're playing isn't improving, then maybe it's time to reevaluate people's opinions? I hope he succeeds, because I don't want want a premier league journeyman like big sam managing our club acting like he's doing us a favour being here. Harry and Hughes already filled that quota

Les convinced Tony and his mates (who haven't got a clue) that he could turn the club's fortunes around. This would be achieved by him controlling transfers and employing a cheap puppet for a manager who wouldn't expect a budget and wouldn't complain.

We have been there , done that. After a few games last year some on here were calling for Harrys head, give him 10 games, give him until Christmas was the response....and the rest is history.

Maybe it's best not to get rid and bring in yet another manager when we're halfway through August on the basis that "you just know".

i Have already stated on another post the revolving door policy does not work.We had our chance to appoint a manager and not a coach after Harry.

We have made our bed and i'm afraid we are stuck with it.

Pretty much as above

Ferdinand convinced Fernandes to enploy him to sort the club out, Fernandes bought it. This is new Fedinands Era his strategy, his choice of manager, coaching and scouting system.

there is no point having a pop at ramsey at this point the key to this is Ferdinand. do we not think after the nonsense of the last 4 years that perhaps we should give Ferdinand more than one transfer window before we demand it is all thrown up in the air and started again?

I think we should just let them get on with it, expectation levels were pretty plainly set out some time ago, make sure we survive in the championship this year and build on that

We are not going to get promoted, we are very unlikely to have an interest in the play offs

It will take time to develop this team and the off pitch strategy behind it. get used to it or maybe take a year off and come back this time next year for the sake of your own health and sanity

Cutting our cloth accordingly now. We've had the early TF years where money was thrown at the project and that didn't work for numerous reasons. Unfortunately we are back to where we were for many years being run on a shoe string budget. It looks the premiership visits has given many of our fans elusions of grandeur, I think most die hard fans of this great club can admit we've always punched above our weight. I guess we all need to remember we are a small/mid sized club who will now and then cause the odd upset but lets not lose our soul because of the lure to the premiership promised land.............................. Urrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr's!

Rubbish. They got where they are by short term results led success. They weren't averse to a change of manager.
Ramsey has as much chance of success as the back end of a pantomime horse.
